Saved our Sub-Zero from certain death
Our 15-year-old Sub-Zero 642 suddenly stopped cooling completely. I was convinced we would need to replace it at enormous cost. Wolf range back to perfect operation

Temperature accuracy restored
Our Wolf double oven was running about 25 degrees too hot. Not acceptable for baking. They calibrated both ovens perfectly and also replaced a door gasket I did not even know was worn. Attention to detail that you rarely see anymore.
